So I saw an ad for an American Ostomy Club. I wondered if that was a device used for clubbing one’s ostomy and if the American version might be different from other countries’. Ya know, like baseball here versus cricket in the UK. So I Googled “clubs” and found the Ostomy Club might have evolved from stoolball. Yup, there it is. Before modern day appliances I guess folks would club the stool out of the stoma.
Maybe I should go to the library.
