Morning Walk Challenge
After chatting with a fellow member we decided to help push each other to improve both our physical and mental health. A group like this can help keep us accountable and give that extra push sometimes to just getting moving. With this pandemic I'm guessing many of us put on a pound or two and stayed home quarantining. Time to break that habit. We have incorporated a daily walk, try to do some kind of measure to describe. Either in time or distance or if you really want to push yourself both. Next post a pic of your walk. More accountability lol. Second part, drink 1 extra glass of water than you normally do, and incorporate 1 fruit and vegetable that works for you. Incorporating a more nutrient dense snack will fuel the body and help to decrease that feeling of hunger and replace those empty calorie snacks. Anyone interested in joining us?
