Hi friends! I have an ileostomy; but had a colectomy, prolapsed bowel & colostomy, prior to that. I've lived w/Crohn's Disease for 40+ years - since a child. I am interested in updated supplies (especially for exercising & swimming)Food & Nutrition for "ileostomates" & any other interesting information.
I find out if Im having my rectal stump out next week (problems w/it). I'd love any words of advice. Thank you very kindly 🙂
