Meet & talk to fellow OstoMates Support | Friendship | Dating 20,452 members

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 40+ years ago...that was not my choice. But, it was my choice as to how I lived with it. I was on the board of IDF for five years, and counseled newly diagnosed patients. Through many medications and surgeries I have kept a positive attitude. Having an ostomy did not stop me from living life to the fullest. Traveling through Egypt fulfilled a dream.

I am a mother, a grandmother, an artist, and a volunteer who keeps an active social life.

I maintain a close network of friends, and would like to include fellow ostomates in that circle.
