I've had an ileostomy for 24 yrs due to colitis and it has given me a life which I never thought was possible. It has alowed mt to travel, cycle and work as an archaeologist which is a job I thoroughly enjoy. Having an ileostomy has changed my outlook on life, I'm much more relaxed if things don't work out and I try to take each day as it comes.

Looking for someone to share life's experiences with; someone who understands what living with an ostomy entails, the ups and downs, the good days and the not so good ones but ultimately someone who enjoys life and all the opportunities it throws up.
