Jane Elliot is a former third grade teacher. She is known for her "Blue eyes-Brown eyes" exercise.  She first conducted her famous exercise for her class on April 5, 1968, the day after Martin Luther King was assassinated.

Hi Angel.

That experiment was very important in understanding how conditioning can affect human behaviour. If anybody is not familiar with the blue / brown eyes experiment, it's well worth reading. And quite startling and a little frightening.

I implications in understanding sources of discrimination are very relevant even today.

Well done Angel for reminding me about it.
