Nice to be back. Had a little surgery on my 28yr. tattered stoma, all seems well now. Also some surgery on elbows, they are a little sore but will get better. And just been diagnosed with Poly Myalgia Rheumatica, taking the steroid Prednisolone for it, am on a constant high, whee, hee! But actually sleep at night and almost pain free. Have really missed the humour and you guys. Hope to contribute more later.
