I saw a clip the other day about Larry the Cable Guy

He had this idea about solving three problems at the same time:

1.  the immigration problem:

tear down the fence betwee Texas and Mexico and dig a big moat filled with water.

2.  New Orleans problem=below sea level:

use the dirt from digging the moat to raise New Orleans above sea level

3. Florida's alligator problem:

Put the 'gators in the new moat.

Solves all three problems at once....sounds like a plan to me.

Jack, I think Ed would agree that Larry's  plan creates a down-to-earth "Event Boundary" which ND research profs could hardly imagine. Still, our friend, X, will surely concede that there are more solutions to illegal immigration than are dreamt of in anyone's psychology.   Sorry.    PB
