hi. It's been s while since I've been on here. I can't get into the chat room. Well I can get in but I can't type anything. Any suggestions?

I see no one has answered and I believe it's because no one has an answer. They supposedly made chat better a few months ago, but I can never get it to work. Even when I do actually get to type something and press enter, it never goes up and the chat freezes my whole net. It worked great last night, but that was a private chat , one-on-one, not in the main chat room.
So sorry, have no clue. I think it's hit and miss.
