Just wanted to let everyone know the Crohn's Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) holds annual walks throughout the U.S. to raise awareness and research funds to help find a cure for IBD and IBS. I've been a member of CCFA for over about 15 years and involved with the walk in the Detroit, Michigan area for a few years. Registration has already started for 2010.

I'm all in for sure in 2010. My sister and I, plus some family members also participated in the 2009 walk in Cleveland. My family and I will walk again, again, etc. Yes, this is something very near and dear to me and my "meatball" as I call mine or The Little S@#T when he's ornery... It's all about getting the word out there. Plus, if it will help someone not to have to go through what we have, by all means. God bless! OSTOMATES RULE!!
