I will ultimately have a urostomy, however, in the meantime I am diapered and completely incontinent. Any advice on a swim diaper would be wonderful. Going to the ocean in February.

Hello katburt. This seems to me to be a difficult one to answer so don't expect too many replies. In the bad old days when I was faecally incontinent I often went for holidays to New Zealand and spent time with my brother and his family who ran a dress-optional holiday camp right on the beach. He knew of my problems and just shrugged it off by saying that I wouldn't be the only creature shitting in the water and that I simply shouldn't worry about it. He also suggested that he would take me water skiing because apparently the water hits your backside so hard it penetrates the anus and has the effect of washing out even those who profess to be 'continent'. He was a bit humorous like that and I didn't take hiim up on the offer. But seriously--in the sea! surely nobody is going to notice or even care if you are incontinent of urine or not. It certainly doesn't bother children who seem to take great pride in peeing as soon as they get into the water no matter if it's the sea or the swimming pool. Most of the things we worry about in life are figments of our own imagination and once we can control the way we feel about it we can get on and live an active life that is much more free of all those unnecessary worries and cares.
