Hi there! First of all, thank you for taking your time out and reading my post. I had an emergency operation of tubercular intestinal obstruction and 3 feet of my small intestine was resected and ileostomy was created. One night, I felt something weird (like a shock) near my stoma, something like my intestine is pulling inside and whenever this happens, gas came out. I discussed with many doctors and all responded as normal, and I was convinced that my intestine was stitched in my abdomen, so when my intestine moves, I felt it in my abdomen. But after having reversal, I still felt the weird sensation in my abdomen. I am still looking for an answer if anyone ever had this weird/shock/sensation. Please do let me know. Also, one more thing, how long does this bloating last? I had my reversal on Jan 28, 2016, and I am still bloating a lot and it seems like I am 3-5 months pregnant.
