My brother just had debulking/HIPEC surgery here in Belgium. Has anyone traveled 11 hours like a month after surgery and had to get hydration solution or saline on a plane?

I flew three months after surgery to South America. I would suggest checking out H2Ors on Amazon. It's a rehydration powder that you add to water - plenty of electrolytes, etc. Best of luck.

Thank you for your help, Riva. I'll be sure to stock up on them. I did call the airline, Cathay Pacific, and they need us to fill a MEDA (Medical Assistance) form signed by doctors to allow the hydration.

You're going to be fine. Best of luck
