Hey guys,

How many of you have ED problems since your surgery. I have and would like to talk to someone else with the same issue.

Would love to meet someone to talk to.

They mess around with a lot of stuff down there. It takes time but you should get some action back unless they really mess you up.

They really messed things up.

I think the next step is to talk to a urologist. They can do stuff or have stuff. It is not a total loss.

scpoolboy

I have. They gave me the usual meds. Now, I cannot ejaculate.

When was your surgery?

scpoolboy

colectomy was 1999. proctectomy was 2006

xnine

Yes if it was going to come back it should have happened by now.

scpoolboy

oh, i know. they cut my bladder in half by mistake when doing proctectomy.

xnine

That is all I got.

Go to urologist and get prescription for Trimix! Miracle compound!

scpoolboy

Oh, I have TriMix. It is a wonder drug, but even though it helps that; I do not ejaculate.

Hi all what is trimix I,ve never heard of it.
scpoolboy

it is 3 drugs compounded into one which is a penile injection. it draws blood into the penis to achieve an erection. the injection does not hurt and it works. i like it but i do not ejaculate.

Hermit

Miracle drug!

Hi,

I have had similar problems since my colostomy surgery for rectal cancer. I have .generic Viagra ( thank you Roman health) for the ED but have very little ejaculate, my Dr told me before surgery that Imight have retrograde ejaculation after surgery, basically the ejaculate goes into the bladder instead if exiting the body. As far as I know they don't have a cure for it.

scpoolboy

They thought mine was retrograde but after the semen analysis, they found zero sperm. therefore, i have azospermia.

EAM

Possibly they cut the vas deferense during your surgery? Not sure how they would but it would explain the zero sperm count, if you want to be able to father a child they can harvest sperm from the testes and do in vitro fertilization

Hermit

Had same happen to me after rectal surgery! Yes, goes into bladder! To start with I had zero sperm ! It steadily increases even though at my age, could care less!

Hi, I'm not a paying member so I may not get my post shown. " I do hope it will help someone."

I've had both prostectomy and bladder cancer removal about 7 years ago, leaving me with a beautiful pouche.

After that I found achieving an erection was all but impossible.

I do have all sensations of sexual stimulation even that of an orgasum, but without climaxing, because testicules were detached during surgery.

There is the option for a penile implant, if I choose.
