Hello! I had a perforated colon and that was the reason for my colostomy - I had it for 8 months. I had my reversal surgery January 30th and it went great! Just follow the advice of your medical team and you will do great. You can look up some of my old posts and also MoeMoe recently had reversal surgery - plus a few others. Congratulations - I know it has been a long road! Wishing you the best.
