I've noticed when you send a message, it sometimes goes to a different person than you want. I think things get mixed up on this site sometimes. Has anyone else noticed this?

It happened to me once and I contacted customer service. They told me to delete my cookies and try again, and it worked. I suggest you try doing the same.
If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options - Delete and there select Delete Cookies.
