I like to feel appreciation because it feels good. I notice when I practice appreciation, it is like other habits: I catch myself doing it (ta da!) out of habit!
So, in the spirit of cultivating good, healthy habits, I appreciate my stoma. I appreciate it working for me. I appreciate my body eliminating freely and comfortably. I appreciate feeling discreet and carefree. I appreciate feeling good in my body. I appreciate raising my children easily and funly. I appreciate looking forward to grandchildren. I appreciate my body feeling good today; I appreciate my body being able to function well today.
