About
Had a perforated colon which resulted in a temporary (fingers crossed) colostomy bag being put into place. However, in preparation of my reversal, I had a colonostomy and the surgeon found cancer. Now I am looking at a permanent colostomy bag, along with possible chemo and radiation. :/ Trying to keep my chin up, and meet the challenges of my my new "normal" ** Update ** after my Dr removed the tumor, whe went back in and took out the tissue underneath and the pathology came back as the the tissue did not have any cancerous cells, and she has scheduled me for a reversal within a months time. Now Im nervous about potential problems I may run into with the reversal. If you cannot tell, I tend to overthink situations LOL
