Thank you for the thought, the greeting and the wording, as for once, I can feel that I am included.
I haven't yet completed this year's seasonal winter rhymes so, in the next few days will try to find time to capture this concept in rhyme, so watch this space.
If I don't manage it in time - the season's greetings to you and everyone.

POST WINTER SOLSTICE KINDNESS.
Post winter solstice I write rhyme
about kindness at Christmas time,
but I bemoan it won’t last long,
implying that this must be wrong.
For I feel kindnesses should be
all year round, for all to see,
and every year this has bugged me
but this year, I want to break free.
I’ve looked into this kindness thing
and seen the relief it can bring
to those lonely, troubled folk,
who carry round a heavy yoke.
It may be a short, sharp season,
but I cannot see a reason
why I should not welcome it
as some brief, sweet benefit.
There is no way that I could make
those who give and those who take,
do so outside their comfort zone,
so, why should I this thing bemoan?
Surely, I should welcome those,
who, at the start of winter, chose
to show a bit of kindness where
they also show that they may care.
It matters not if it won’t last,
for once the kindness die is cast
there is a chance the feeling may
repeat itself another day.
Maybe we should be grateful for
Christmas opening up this door
for people trying to be kind,
and hope it might stick in their mind.
