I need to soundproof at least part of my basement...my teen son is coming up with some interesting riffs you can hear very clearly from the basement to the 2nd floor. He's getting a lot better, but just sayin'. I'll have to show this to him tomorrow.

When my daughter was still at home she would sing and play keyboards in her room. She amazed me how good she was...I would turn everything off so I could hear her better. LOL
