Have just tested positive for AFAP and no symptoms - very lucky to be alive! Surgery next week to remove tumors in duodenum (Whipple), and the colon and rectum hopefully all in one cut to prevent further complications - will have an illiostomyTested reactive to the glue in the pouches - have a lot to do in life - run a farm and do a lot of HOSPICE - need to get through this and move on... hoping to travel again once I heal. If anyone has ideas and suggestions I would be very grateful.
Surgery was excellent (4/3/2013) and doing very well so far
