Was DX with UC in July of 2004 and got my ileostomy in July of 2012. Since the surgery I've gotten healthier and healthier. I've been able to be more active. I am proud of my front butt (lol). At times it is a bit awkward but I'm learning day by day. Just looking for fellow Ostomates to chat with and be an encouragement to.
