...I have great sense of humour & like to laugh (although be warned I can have quite a dark/dry sense of humour). I am a good loyal friend. I am straight talking, courageous & opinionated, but I also have a softer, vulnerable side.
My motto is 'Failure; it's not the falling down, it's the not getting back up' I am a good daughter, sister & friend. I work hard.
I enjoy music... my new love being the Throwing Muses but love everything from the beatles to the Chillies.
My fav books are Terry Pratchett, crimes and recently discovered Robin Hobb which I am loving!
Always have time for a good comedy and love animation
Have taken a bit of an interest in cooking recently and not bad at all (as long as following a recipe)
So all in all I suppse you could say I am normal with a bit of a geeky side...

I am reaching the 5 year mark for my cancer and in a perfect world would love to meet the love of my life, or a good friend! but I am not defined by ostomy so would hate if that is all we had in common. I understand the trials (and sometimes embarrassments) it brings but I am an optomist and will not let it rule me...
