About
I am originally from Europe, came to the stated in 1966' happily mariried for 47 yrs. .most of that time a stay at home .mom who did a lot of volunteer work in schools and nursing homes. I loved bowling, travel and meeting people. I recently quit smoking. Oh how I miss it.
In 2013 I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. That was a blow, anyway I went through the Radiation and chemo then had surgery March of last year followed by more chemo. I now have a permanent colostomy. Rosie is a dear friend because
I am still here and she is an integral part of my second chance. Do I ever look back? Sure but not often or for long, it serves no purpose. This is my life now and I am grateful for every day. I will be traveling to Europe soon with my family so life is good. I look forward to getting to know some of you,and sharing thoughts and experiences. Thanks.
