About
After spending a total of 4 weeks (this time) in the hospital, I had an emergency partial colectomy on 2/4/19 and woke up with a colostomy. I am so new to all of this and just looking for others that can help me with recovery, learning and support.

I am struggling with what I can and cannot wear. My biggest concern is when I return to work, my job is very physically demanding and chaotic. My struggle is with my clothes, and is it acceptable to just tell everyone I work with so there is no "hiding" it?

I am young and live an extremely active lifestyle and this has really brought me down mentally and physically. Not only am I recovering from surgery but also being in a hospital bed for 4 weeks.

I am an open person just looking for any tips, tricks, advice, anything anyone wants to say to me I am all ears.
