I live on the edge of the New Forest. Cancer seven years ago resulted in an ileostomy. Since then it's been quite a rollercoaster and for all sorts of reasons my life has changed considerably. I'm a positive and active person and don't let my ileostomy get in the way of doing most things although occasionally it is hard and difficult to explain to others when on the outside all looks normal.

I'm retired and my children have left home so have spare time on my hands. It would be good to talk or meet with people who like to make the best of life in whatever way it might be. I have a close family, love cooking, eating out, music, the outdoors, travelling and lots more. How do you describe yourself in a few sentences???
