I am told I am attractive and look younger than my age, certainly feel no different from whn I was thirty!
Had ileostomy 12 years ago and often forget it.Part of daily routine and never been a problem. Have travelled to India(charity work) and U.S. to family.
Attract male attention even now, some did have reservations about stoma. Now I am in a very close and loving relationship, thanks to this site.

I even make myself sick with my eternal Pollyanna optimism,
but must admit that this is tempered by realism courtesy of old age and experience.

Live in the North East of the U.K.,

Am a semi retired RN. and my partner is a classisist, broadcaster and author.

We love our lives together, have more fun than we ever had
as teenagers, can stick up the finger without reproach, can claim senility.

Much love,

I am a widow who has now found genuine love for the first time.

Love life, love travel and my fellow man. Don't even have to have an illness as do not collect lame ducks, just have a deep understanding of what we are all dealing with. It's difficult at times, have been a member of this site for a year or so and have discovered the most wonderful people, diverse lives but joined as one in our shared worries.
