Have anyone used xls medical weight loss tablets while you have an illestomy. Ihave put on a stone in one year of having my bag fitted

I am not sure what xls is but As in most diet pills, they easily cause constipation. Might be a good thing when having watery output! Lol if it is over the counter, I would definitely check with my Doctor.
i have used Phentermine in the past, a prescription medication and my doctor is fine with me using it. I have a Colostomy. Has not caused me any issues in the past. It is not a drug for long term use but to help change eating habits.
Good luck. It is hard to lose weight with an Ostomy. What is good for output is not good for weight and vice versa!

I’ve only been on this site a little bit, I hardly know how to navigate it, LOL! I just want to say that everyone seems so kind and supportive to each of the members and it’s not only helpful, it makes me happy that there really are so many nice people in this world that can sometimes feel so bleak and cold. I didn’t even know about this site until I found it by accident. I think the hospital staff should bring it to their patients’ attention. Thanks to all, even if you’re just listening!

No I haven't but would check with Dr/stoma nurse first to see if they say it's ok.
Maybe worth keeping a food diary too to see what your eating & drinking
