First off, do you use a ring? Do you have an ileostomy or a colostomy? How long have you had your ostomy? How long have leaks been an issue for you? Are you cutting the hole in your wafer to fit your stoma?

Also, are you ensuring that the area around your stoma is completely dry... bone dry, before you apply your wafer (and ring)?
