About
Been living with Crohn's, made it to 60 before blowing out my colon and having emergency surgery at which time colostomy was created, back into hospital one week later with severe peritonitis due to colostomy failure, back to surgery on my birthday, back to ICU on respirator, two weeks in hospital, doc said he was amazed I was still alive. Anyway, two years out from surgery now, just dealing with diversion colitis, otherwise finally getting my energy back. starting to do some of the things I used to do. Just looking to talk to people who have been in similar situation, i.e. colostomy, ileostomy, colitis, Crohns. I am into photography, have a standard poodle who keeps me active.
