Feeling good today as last night's trip out was a great success on all angles. Had a good drink and meal early on and coped with toilet visits well. That's it for me; I think I've cracked it. Off to work shortly on a late shift, so it will be interesting to see what happens. I do find if you're up and about in the evenings, you get a much slower reaction from the stoma. Oh yeah, I nearly forgot, Sunderland got the three points needed to stay in the top division.
