I don't like my wayward stoma. No one else seems to mind. So, I just let it go and not stress about it.

My big question is, how to keep the bag from flopping around during the ride? Tie it down with a scarf or something?

After I got my ostomy I found this site and got a lifetime membership. I have had so much help from the core members, things that even the wound care nurses didn't know. If you haven't been through this journey you don't know - only the people that have experienced this first hand truly understand what your going through. Put on a maternity band over your bag and have at it! Ostomy Secrets sells some sexy wraps made of lace. Don't worry about it; if it doesn't bother him, then just go with it like it's not even there. Focus on the sex, not the ostomy.
Mine has made noise and even pooped, but I have my wrap on. Just tune it out.
