Managing Urostomy Bags: Tips and Personal Experience

I use  a Welland one piece for my Urostomy. I make them last two & a half days before changeing, this way I know I going to be safe. I sometimes shower with the bag on & sometimes off( depends on how lazy I'm feeling) I use Colorplast night bags & make them last me 7 days. I am quite a deep sleeper & twist & turn a lot but in 2 yrs I have only had 3 accidents. My fault for being such a fidget!!
