Has anybody ever had very green output after eating Lucky Charms? I'm pretty sure that's what's causing it, but it's making me a bit nervous.

It could be the dye in what you are eating. For us, it's blue dye and red dye that come out in our bag as red and blue. Not to mention, beets give us purple output. Maybe you are sensitive to the dyes used in luck charms. On the other hand, green output is not all that unusual. Sometimes output is just funny colored. As long as you are not in pain, just chalk it up to the rainbow of life.

Well, we need to avoid red, orange, and purple dyes prior to a colonoscopy, so I'd assume most dyes just pass right through.

Yeah, that happened to me. I am an inveterate gambler. A Nick the Greek (lucky gambler) told me to get a lucky charm, a rabbit's foot, and lady luck will smile on me. I got one, but it didn't work, so in a fit of anger, I ate it. No ill effects, luckily.

Just found out ....... Highly processed food - cereal with loads of additives ...... Best to eat as little processed food as possible in my opinion

On a lighter note - especially for gentlemen - try eating non-processed fresh asparagus. The dye and aromatic properties change in output. For many of us, we have no issues and remain free of undesirable throughput.

It's best not to do a lot of things, but there's no fun in that.

Besides, those charms are mini marshmallows!
