Has anyone ever had their ostomy surgically moved slightly over from original placement?

I have had several resections & with most of them the ostomy was revised.  Usually from one side to the other but I think also on the same side.  Why?
lovely

I have learned a lot from this site. People are willing to share things that has worked for them,  Things like supplies, skin care, different surgeies, blockages, and a lot more.
