Convatec has a mouldable flange that forms a "turtle neck" collar around both round and irregular shaped stomas.

How to use the round template for oval stoma's.

1.  Find the correct size for up and down

2.  Transfer this circle onto a piece of paper.

3.  Find the correct size for side to side.

4.  Transfer this on top of the first circle drawn.

5.  Connect the outside of the circles.

6.  Cut out the oval and see if it fits.

7.  If necessary trim the paper to get a perfect fit.

8.  Transfer to your pouch

It isn't as hard as it sounds, hope this works for you.  Remember to keep your template for further cuttings.

Coloplast also has a mouldable one piece pouch.

Good luck
