Has anyone experienced severe cramps and pressure around your stoma. Is this normal?

Hello Cerece.
Yes, cramps can be viewed as 'normal'- whatever that means.
But it is always useful to ask the stoma nurses what they think as they are the ones who are happy to talk you through the after effects of this type of surgery.

Thank you so much, bigal1579. I think I will wait awhile on the cherries and sauerkraut. LOL. I have gotten some good advice. Thanks to all that have replied. I sure am happy that I stumbled onto this website.
