got a hernia after ilistomey. no one told me I could not lift stuff. now , no more than 15 lbs rest of my life. I wear a hernia belt but it keeps pulling against my bag. does anyone else have this issue and if so how do you deal with it?
Other than that, the bag does not bother me at all (except when it pops open at 2 am).Wife is very accepting and says it is better than 7 days at Brighams and Womens hospital's 15 th floor
has anyone had any luck self cl;eaning out a blockage ? How ?

Hi Snugger try drinking warm sweet tea to try and clear a blockage..stay on fluids for a couple of days..if still blocked time to get checked at the emergency room.
