Sharing New Download with UOAA Group: Any Concerns?

This topic is about someone wanting to share a collection of creative tips related to living with an ostomy. They plan to send this information to the editor of their local UOAA (United Ostomy Associations of America) support-group newsletter. The goal is to help fellow members and promote the Meet An Ostomate website. The person is seeking opinions on whether sharing this information might breach member confidentiality or if anyone would object to it being distributed more widely.

Here are some thoughts and advice from others:

1. Everyone who responded is in favor of sharing the download and does not see any issues with confidentiality.
2. It is emphasized that ostomates can never have too much information. These tips could be incredibly helpful, even lifesaving, for others, including healthcare professionals like ostomy nurses.
