Such an embarrassing day!

This story is about an unexpected and embarrassing moment that happened to someone with an ostomy pouch while they were at a nail salon. During the appointment, the pouch leaked, causing a bit of a mess. Despite the situation, the nail technician and his wife were very understanding and helpful. Here are some takeaways and advice from this experience:

1. Leaks and unexpected incidents can happen to anyone with an ostomy. Remember, you are not alone, and sometimes looking back with a sense of humor can help.

2. It's always a good idea to carry a fully stocked emergency kit and a change of clothes. Having these on hand can make a big difference when you need them.

3. When someone helps you during an accident, showing your appreciation, whether through a tip or a heartfelt thank you, can mean a lot.

4. Kindness from others, and offering kindness yourself, can make dealing with embarrassing moments much easier.
