I have an ileostomy with a fairly mild parastomal hernia. Since I got the hernia, the top part of my stoma has developed a pretty large prolapse. It's moved the exit hole down to the bottom of my stoma and makes for a complicated fit for my 2-piece system. Skin irritation occasionally develops without a really good fit. Has anyone here had any type of surgical procedure to fix a prolapsed stoma? This support site has been a huge help the past 3 years for me, so I'm hoping it'll help me once again... lololol
