Support Belt or Wrap - Which Is Better for You?

Wear one or both. I have a small hernia under my stoma. Well, a stoma is a hernia. I wear a Nu-hope hernia belt with a hole for my bag. I also wear an ostomy wrap from Ostomysecret. I own two wraps. One is a swimming wrap, the other is a daily wrap. I wear the swimming wrap during the day over the hernia belt. The swimming wrap is not as wide as the daily wrap. I wear the daily wrap to sleep in.

I also wear boob tubes... nowhere near my boobs, though! As a female, a boob tube that is my correct size is also the right size when I drop it down to hip level. I have them in various colors also.

I love Stealth Belts. I wear the slip on for daily use, and the velcro Pro style when I play pickleball for more protection. I wear them horizontal style, which is very comfortable because I don't have a bag hanging down and poking me.

I also wear an Ostomy Secrets wrap sometimes when I'm just running to the store or something, to have the bag secured in a pocket, rather than hanging loose. This is also a good option for intimacy to keep the bag out of the way.
