Hi Mass and welcome.....use what you are comfy with. In my case, I use my cotton ones a size smaller now from surgery, etc., and they are comfy....as long as they are not tight across your belly or stoma, you are good....I even wear the jockey style when I wear dress-up clothes. Great camouflage as well as pantyhose legs cut off. Not control top type, comfy and airy....You got this, girl....stay strong, smile on...

Yeah wow, this site helped so much, I mean really who do you know with this infliction? No one, felt so alone and disgusted by myself every turn.
