Microwaving Swede After Ileostomy: Tips and Experiences

Anyone tried microwave swede? I'm struggling with food. I had my ileostomy 6 months ago.

Thank you for this recipe! I was not familiar with the term "swede" and thought, "What are they eating?" Then I read on and found out it was rutabaga! I absolutely love it but never knew it could be cooked in the microwave. Thank you for sharing; I'm going to try this!
