Me and my husband are beginning a new life change in order to have a healthier life style.  My question is:  How can I cleanse myself out if all the cleansing products I have found are for cleansing your colon, and I don't have one?  Appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks.

3610,

I know you are not going to believe this.  I am going to tell you anyway in hope you take a serious look at it.

Colon cleaners are one of many ways people have come up with to take your money, that is a truth.  The Acia Berry, or the clay, there are hundreds, and all this 7 day or 24 day colon cleanse is a lie.   It's just that simple.

If you and your husband wanted a better lifestyle. Eat right and exercise, very simple.
First, if you don't have a colon.  Not much more can be said.

If your husband has his colon.  As long as he is having bowl movements that are NORMAL FOR HIM.
There is nothing to clean.  All this stuff you see on TV about the 2 to 5 pounds of stuff that comes out after the cleanings is simply NOT TRUE.

If you insist on it.  Go to your drug store, tell the pharmacist your need the gallon of white colon cleanse for a colonoscopy(sp).  See what comes out, that will convince you.

Angelica- As usual, you've written another interesting post. February 5th, 2019, was my reversal surgery after having an ileo for 6 months. I'm one of those fortunate success stories. Of course, things are different now, and I still have to be careful about what and how much I eat, as I don't have a colon. At first, I was afraid to leave the house. My biggest fear was having to use a public bathroom and have the toilet not flush! Even now, when I know that I'll be in someone else's home, I won't eat anything beforehand. I read other people's stories and sometimes feel guilty for having had it so easy, not to mention that I have a significant other who is 100 percent supportive. I've gotten so much out of this website and truly feel for those of you who have it so much worse than I. But I feel it necessary to let folks hear about the success stories.

Ditto:  Juno's reply....   Eat healthy, and exercise, and the rest will follow "through".  expecially without a colon.  for me, it's 4 hours.....enter and leave.  For those with a colon, a bit longer.  No need of those other money wasting products.
