Not sure if this helps but I purchased a belt from nuhope @ nu-hope.com.  They are in California and were very helpful on the phone.  Belt helped me lots and cost around $85.00 I think.  Good luck MeMeMe (cool).

THE BELT IS FOR SHIT!!!! i wore one cause the et nurse they where good, well I'm now fighting a sore under my waffer, and it was a little blister now it is the size of a 2x2,i'm going to doctor tomorrow cause i can't stand the pain and the burning from it. so as for the belt hell no.I had to order some kind of foam looks like a blue square wet it put it on the sore with another patch, then put waffer on then put tape on so the waffer don't come off. So good luck to anyone who as to wear the belt. I had a very bad experience with them.
