I know there is a stereotype, an emotional fight even when those rediscover their health after trauma. When I write, understand—it can seem like I am going off subject. However, I am very cognizant of those who deal with anxiety, depression, etc. Also, to those who lost weight. I am aware of how to dress to hide something that saved a life, but also at the same time is an insecurity. I am aware of the quality of dating. Maybe because I might tailor to a younger audience, and they haven't found their true "love," nor are they married. Also, they may not have had a chance to finish school or have a career before dealing with things related to health disorders and the residual effects they can have. Some might have dealt with these issues but have a lot of the above—if older. Not to take away from those that don't and are 40+... However, I try to touch on those issues, so understand the context when I write. That being said, I hope to set goals showing you can overcome some of these. I hope to set new personal records on big lifting movements and develop even more muscle. I also hope to post about it—not in a cocky fashion—to help those who may be young—or older—to help show that you can get to the next level. Also, to eventually open up to people who don't know my history and deal with my own demons, so to speak. The picture you see—by the way, still hunting for this wrap, lol. I added 15 lbs of muscle since and lost two inches on my waist since that. However... I hope to help myself further in the gym and opening up, and talk about past relationships to help so you can see why you can date, but also my mistakes as I kept everything to myself. I hope that through this, it can touch one person who is underweight and trying to gain, who has anxiety, or is young, 18-30. Also, for partners of people afflicted with various surgeries in this area to understand, and if they don't... send them to my blogs eventually for a better perspective. Just a rant... maybe hmmm, lol. However, really I hope to have your input and to talk with some of you who struggle with anxiety, depression, having trouble gaining, young and older as a result of weight loss. A topic that I think can get buried at times. Anywho, guys, I just write... I don't think about it, my fingers just go—Run fingers run—J/k watch Forrest Gump to get it. Have a good day!

Thank you so much, bigal1579. I think I will wait awhile on the cherries and sauerkraut. LOL. I have gotten some good advice. Thanks to all that have replied. I sure am happy that I stumbled onto this website.
