Lol... not in that sense! Hehe. I've recently got into more cardio rather than just weight training but, my pouch seems to come undone... even on days I haven't sweat too much. Anyone have any tips/tricks/advice?

So these aren't perfect, but they do help keep pressure: Corsinel StomaSafe Plus... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CD48M10?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Also, have you considered rowing? I used to love running and it was my only outlet for stress, but after so many surgeries and OH, I needed alternative options so my PT got me into rowing and it was a really good option for me.

Also, are you using skin prep and the extra elastic barrier strips around the wafer?

You wear a belt of some sort?

Axl

Hi Gem

I do bag work and weight training and have never had any trouble. I have always worn a seal and a belt but I also use a wide elastic waistband when I train.

Agree with Alex asking about the belt. If you don't, I recommend you do. It made a big difference for my husband, and I got the suggestion here.

I work out extremely hard but wear a wrap and haven't had an issue yet.
