UK Suppliers: Bullen or Charter?

To the people of the UK: only suppliers Bullen or Charter, and why.

I cannot say that I have heard of Bullen, so cannot comment on them.
I have used Charter Healthcare for years and have been very satisfied with their service, delivery and their goods.
In the early days, I switched to Charter because they are the distribution arm of Coloplast, and I wanted to have meaningful conversations with their R&D department about possible changes/improvements to some of their products. I don't know how much influence I may have had, but they always listened and agreed with my logic. They did send me one or two samples of products that they had altered at my suggestion, so I must give them five stars for effort.
(PS: The changes they made were a bit wasted on me because I usually make my own stuff  if I feel that something needs changing. However, I hope that other's, who don't DIY,  may have benefitted).

Hi, I have been using a UK company called Securicare for almost 20 years. I have not had any problems other than minor ones during that time. Over the years, I have changed some stoma products so that I now use a mix of supplies that suit me best, other than just their own products. They will supply stoma products from manufacturers other than the one that they are linked with, including the US manufacturers. Regards, Elwick
