Can anyone tell me what I can use as an adhesive remover, like a home remedy? Please help!

Have you tried a naked shower? That and Dial soap should do the trick. Or your favorite moisturizer-less soap.

Every morning when I enjoy my big cup of coffee I scroll through this site and this warm feeling just overwhelms me.

I never post anything (too shy and it feels like I don’t have anything of interest to share tbh) but I sure read a lot of posts from you guys and they are so informative, supportive encouraging and so so full of love and a big dose of humor.

I feel like part of the best family in the world (even though I am just sitting quietly in the corner lol).

I just wanted to share that feeling and say thanks to all of you for being so wonderful.

And also, please keep some fingers crossed for me this week. I have my blood test on Thursday, checking my CA 125 levels. Ovarian cancer reoccurrence fear unlocked again. I hate it!

Lots of love from Sweden

Hi all,

Things like vegetable oil, mineral oil, canola oil, baby oil, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil are safe ways to remove adhesives, and things like rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover are a bit more aggressive... but only use those if your skin isn't broken. Just make sure to clean your skin with mild soap afterward to get off the residue from these things... or you'll have problems with adhesion of anything new.

:O)

Hi. Is medical adhesive remover spray not available in the States? It's cheap and easily available in the UK. Check out Salts Healthcare.

I order Hollister adhesive remover spray from Medical Monks (in the US) - my insurance doesn't cover it. It's not expensive and works so well! It saved my skin.
